When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: Estimated delivery time is between 4-10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Where do you currently ship to?

We currently sell products in Australia. Now we do not offer worldwide shipping.

I haven't received my order! What should I do?

If you are concerned about your order, please check the tracking email sent to you that will contain your tracking code to locate your parcel. If you can’t find an email about tracking, please check you junk mail first before reaching out for an order update.

Unfortunately, there may be delays outside of our control that prevent your parcel from arriving as quickly as it can (such as clearance time in Customs). We apologise for these delays, but rest assured your parcel will arrive.

Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@cutelotus.com with details and photos. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you wish to make changes or cancel your order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
