When will I receive my order?

Orders typically take 2 days processing (in non-holiday, low peak time) before shipment is prepared. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a notification that your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an email about the status of your order, check your junk mail in the first instance before reaching out to us.

  • Australian parcels - approx. 10 business days from purchase date.
  • International parcels - approx. 14 business days from purchase date.

Please note that a late parcel does not constitute grounds for a refund under Australian Consumer Law.

I haven't received my order! What should I do?

If you are concerned about your order, please check the tracking email sent to you that will contain your tracking code to locate your parcel. If you can’t find an email about tracking, please check you junk mail first before reaching out for an order update.

Unfortunately, there may be delays outside of our control that prevent your parcel from arriving as quickly as it can (such as clearance time in Customs). We apologise for these delays, but rest assured your parcel will arrive.
